Open during the winter season only, from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10 pm.

Besides the regional and international specialities which you can find in the 'a la carte' menu and in the daily menu, our restaurant is a very well-known Grill house, where you can taste the best grilled meat and vegetables, cooked right in front of you on the stunning 14 th century fireplace.

If you like, our 'a la carte' menu offers organic produce, which are grown without using chemical fertilizers, weedkillers or pesticides.
In the new dining room, which reproduces the interior of an old local rascard , completely coated with old larch but amazingly decorated with wooden friezes and Corinthian capitals, you can try some of our specialities: lamb leg, roe deer, wild boar and many other different kinds of baked meat.
Twice a week we serve boiled meat 'Piedmont style' with many different sauces.

The menu, which is well detailed and translated in two languages (Italian and English), can be presented to you, if you like, by our experienced and qualified staff which is able to answer all the questions you may have about our dishes or the wines we suggest.
The daily menu for our guests is composed of appetizers, a choice among four pasta dishes and four main courses with vegetables. Wide buffet selection of raw and cooked vegetables, cheese, fruit and desserts.

Breakfast: we serve a rich buffet breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am. You can choose among coffee or tea, fruit juices, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, home-made cakes and bread, cereals, biscuits, cookies, butter and preserves, yoghurt, cheese, ham and salami and boiled eggs.

We can serve breakfast before 7.30 for the guests who are leaving early or for those who would like to visit Valle d'Aosta right from daylight.
